You don’t need a zoom account to attend classes just email me for the link.. Please contact me regarding any health issues. Aim to arrive at the class 10 minutes before start to set yourself up so you can see me and I can see you head to toe. You’ll need to have a mat, If available 4 foam blocks, 2 bricks, 2 belts and a few blankets, bolster or cushions, chair. Household items like books, blankets and even sofas can also be used.

CLASS LEVELS
Introductory Course: This is a 6 week course recommended for complete beginners who have no yoga experience, or for those new to Iyengar Yoga. Repeated in every few months. Please register interest.
Beginners/General: Level 1 Students with some yoga experience, with more than six months of Iyengar Yoga or those who feel ready to explore and improve in their practise. The class is based on Level 1 postures to improve stamina, strength, and flexibility. You don’t have to have attended the Introductory Course if you have a keen interest and want to start learning now! The basic practise of Pranayama or breath awareness is introduced.
General/Intermediate Level 2: : For practitioners who have been attending General Iyengar Yoga classes regularly for at least 6 months or longer. A wider variety of asana will be introduced and the sequences will be more challenging, including inversions. The practise of Pranayama or breath control will be included.
All classes end with a period of relaxation and aimed to enhance your sense of well being.
Classes are for people who are of general good health. Before attending your first class, please complete and sign the medical declaration. Refer to the Guidelines for details on medical conditions.
